On the newest version you can display your Zendesk articles in Helppier's widget, to provide better support to users.
1st - Login to your Zendesk Account and get your Active API key
Go to Admin -> Channels -> API -> Token Access -> Click on the + icon -> copy the Code provided
2nd - Go to "Settings" on the sidebar and select "Tools
3 - Click on Add tool & select Knlowledge Base
4 - On "Zendesk" click Configure and Install
5 - Copy and paste your API Key & fill the remaining info as explained below
You can change the tool's icon, name and description.
Token - Your Zendesk account API Key
Endpoint - Use the following URL (https://yourdomain.zendesk.com/api/v2/help_center) but make sure to include your Zendesk Domain.
Username/email - Your Zendesk account login email
6 - Click on Install and the Icon will appear on Helppier's sidebar for easy access.
7 - Enable "Published in Widget" in the tools list (see image on step 3)
