Analytics: How to track the Performance

We provide an analytics feature that allows tracking user engagement towards Helppier's guides and in-app messages.

To access your guide's analytics complete the following steps:

1. Go to your guides list & access the "Guide Settings" menu;
2. Click on the option "Guide Statistics"
   
   
   
   
3. Now you are seeing your analytics dashboard.
   
   

You have 3 types of reports (daily, weekly & monthly) and you can check how many times the guide has been watched, completed and how many unique users viewed the guide. We also provide two comparison graphs.

Please note that all views are applied in the analytics dashboard (both admin users and end users).
Previewed guides (recording mode to admin users) will not count in the analytics dashboard.
