1 - How is Helppier compliant with GDPR?
We ensure users are informed about the use of tracking cookies. We use cookies to provide marketing campaigns and provide relevant experiences to our audience. We do not store personal details unless our users provide that information in one of our website forms, and accept to receive our communications.
Our users have the option to accept or decline this tracking and unsubscribe from our contact list at any time.
We comply with GDPR as a data processor regarding Helppier's services to our customers. We strive to provide robust privacy and security protections that are built into our services and agreements with third-party services and customers.

2 - What type of information we collect from users?
We collect information when a user visits our website, such as IP address or information regarding the user’s interactions with our service. If you contact us through a form we might also collect your name and email address. If you submit anything on our website, for instance, our blog, that information will be collected as well.
As a Data Processor, we track end-user (our customer's clients) interactions with the Helppier system. Helppier does not collect personally identifiable information (PII). We do collect IP addresses and environment properties like browser, Operative System, page URLs, and titles.
The collection of this information allows us to provide better service. Helppier and our client companies can respond to the user's needs more effectively, by administering the content of our service. This information collected automatically is usually anonymous. This anonymous information, such as Log Data, serves only for technical purposes such as to monitor the use of the service and to revise its performance. It serves, for example, to analyze what problems occur, for troubleshooting, to determine who has access to what content and for statistics.
From the moment on, when you decide to become a paying customer, we will ask you for the information necessary to process the payments associated with your service plan.

3 - Where is data stored?
Helppier's data is stored in the EU, meaning that our users are protected by the GDPR laws implemented in May 2018. Our user data is stored in one of Digital Ocean's most secure cloud services.
4 - What security do we offer?
At Helppier we take security considerations from the Network level up to the Application level.
- Our SaaS solution is available for both public and private clouds and operates on top of one of the most secure cloud services by IBM;
- We maintain development practices to avoid common security problems such as Cross-Site Scripting, Cross-Site Request Forgery, and Session hijacking;
- At Helppier we encrypt sensitive data and have clear define usage rights;
