If you have a large team, you can create new roles and set permissions to view, edit and manage content.
Here's how to define a new role on the Helppier's widget and set permissions:
1 - Access Widget Settings (3rd icon) on the sidebar and click Roles and Permissions
2 - Click on "New Role"
4 - Write a name and description and then go to the permissions library
5 - Set website permissions for this role (Manage, view or create)
Define how users can interact with the widget on a specific website.
6 - Set tool permissions for this role (Manage, view or create)
Here you can define how users can interact with Helppier's tools and integrations.
There are 3 different types of permissions:
Manage - The user can manage, create and view content.
Create - The user can view, edit and create content. It does not have access to advanced management options.
View - The user can only view content.
7 - Click on "Save Role"
To associate a role to a specific user you need to:
1- Go to widget settings (3rd icon) on the sidebar and click on "users"
3 - Select the user you want to associate the role and click on the right menu - "Edit"
5 - Scroll down and click on "Roles and permissions"and select the role you want.
6 - Click on Save User
