Canva Integration: How to create or upload designs from Canva to Helppier

If you want to create or upload a design from Canva to your in-app message, in this article we explain step-by-step how to do it.

With this integration, you can quickly upload a Canva design as a background or upload it as an image. Please follow the instructions below.

Add a Canva Design as an image 🖼️

Be creative: logos, icons, illustrations, step-by-step graphics

1- When creating your message click on the option "Bubble Layout";

2 - In the sidebar select a template with an image;

3 - Mouseover the default image and click on the Canva Icon;

4 - A new window will open. Select a template category;

5 - You'll be redirected to Canva. Create your design or select a file in "Folders"

6 - Click publish. Your design will be added to your Helppier message.

Upload a Canva design as a background 🖌️

Be creative: Colorful patterns, corporate images

1 - When creating your message click on the option "Bubble Layout"

2 -  In the sidebar go to the section "Background Image" and enable that option

3 - Click on the Canva Icon and select a template category;

4 - You'll be redirected to Canva. Create your design or select a file in "Folders";

5 - Click publish, your design will be added as a background to your Helppier message;

6 - Make sure the text is readable by adjusting the colors and font size.

If you don't want to display text, simply your Canva design, just delete the text.
