Setting Color Themes: Tours & In-app Messages VS Resource Center

You can customize the color pallet of your tours/in-app messages and also change the theme of Helppier's resource center that appears on your website/product.

When you customize the theme for your tours and in-app messages it does not affect the theme of Helppier's resource center. You can define specific themes for each one of these options. 

To customize the color theme of your tours and in-app messages follow these steps below.

1 - Login to your dashboard on our website using your credentials.

2 - In your App dashboard, click the option "View/Edit App" on the domain you'd like to make changes.

3 - In your left sidebar, select the options "Themes".

4 - You can select one of the Default themes or create a Custom one.  

5 - To select the theme you want, click on "Select Theme" 

6 - If you have already created messages using a default theme, a warning may appear that it will change all the colors of your tours and in-app messages with the default theme. Click  "Select" to apply the new theme.

 

To customize the Helppier Resource Center, the steps are very similar:

1 - In your App dashboard, click the option "View/Edit App" on the domain you'd like to make changes.

2 - In your left sidebar, select the options "Resource Center".

3 - To select the theme you want, simply click on "Select Theme" 

You can also choose to Show/Hide Helppier's Resource Center from your website.

But make sure your guides are published and start automatically before hiding it from your website.
