How to optimize visualization precision – Helppier

Identify Element by Text

It allows Helppier to identify the text of your selected element. This option will automatically change and optimize the way we detect the right element, assuring a correct visualization of the guide when the layout is dynamic or the screen of your website changes.

Note: We suggest not to use this option when you have more than one element with the same text (for example, two “Buy it” buttons).

To activate this option:

Mouseover the page and select the element to create a step.

Go to Step Settings.
Choose Advanced Settings.
Turn ON the Identify Element by Text option.
