How to create an NPS survey using Helppier

Now you can get real feedback from users directly on your platform using our new NPS templates.

1 - Select "New Guide";

2 - Click on a page element;

3 - Go to "Bubble Layout" in your side menu;

4 -  Scroll down in the sidebar and select one of the NPS templates available;

5 - Go to the third tab in your sidebar and select "Display as popup"

6 - Customize your message by selecting a block and using the sidebar options;

7 -  Save, close the recording, and go to "Target & Publish" to add automation;

8 - In the actions library select the option "Start from URL" and disable the option "Start from guides list" 

9 - Go to your guide's settings and select "Published"
